In our body organs are connected with the energy centers (Chakras) there are certain organs which themselves secret fluid with their special properties, which helps in the action and growth of the body, known as a glands. The secretion of glands is known as hormone on which physical- mental growth depends. These glands are known as ductless glands because they pass their secretions directly into blood and lymph etc. These glands are namely Pituitary, Pineal, Thyroid, Thymus, Pancreas, Adrenal and Tastes or in case of women Ovaries. Ductless land is situated at the different parts of the body. The Pineal and Pituitary are situated in the brain. The Thyroid is situated in the neck. The thymus is situated between the neck and chest. The Adrenals are situated above the kidneys. The ovaries in the case of female are situated in the pelvic region where as the testes the corresponds male productive glands are located in the Scrotum.

It has been scientifically found out that the ductless glands secretion very powerfully affects the physical, mental, and emotional balance of the body. Hence proper secretion of it enhances the growth of the body-mind over secretion and under secretion results into abnormalities. Meditation helps for proper secretion of glands and ultimately results into the physical, mental, and emotional balance of the body.

Meditation is a state of consciousness, which is beyond the mind. It is a state of pure awareness, where we are alert and fully aware, but without any thought When sound energy of Omkar, Bija Mantra, Sahaja Mantras i.e. Spiritual Indian Music matches with the energy, of the Chakras (energy centers), chakras get activated i.e. gets optimum spin and balance. And hence inner integration of Nadis and Chakras are established which makes a natural path for Kundalini to rise upward. While rising, the Kundalini nourishes the Chakras (energy centers) and provides proper energy to the centers. Since organs are connected with the energy centers, they also get proper and adequate energy required, and thus the balance is restored. Once the Kundalini finds its path to rise, it rises and pierces through the fontanel bone area and forms connection with the cosmic energy (power of divine love); it enlightens the brain and activates all the nerves in the brain, which, in return, enlighten the heart. The central nervous system gets activated and cool vibrations emanate from the head, flowing over the hands and over the crown. The person gets physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. Since he becomes the enlightened one. This is a state of consciousness, which is beyond mind, It is a state of pure awareness, where we are alert and fully aware, but without any thought. This is a true Meditaion.

Vocal music is the powerful breathing exercise because long exhalation with notes and deep inhalation reduces the rate of breathing. It is better for vitality and increases longetivity. It also helps to develop the capacity of the lungs. Singing is exhalation but exhales with sound and sound is a mixture of fire and air and fire is a purifier. So this exhale with sound purifies the atmosphere.

By the grace of H.H. Shri Mataji, in Sahaja Yoga Spiritual Indian music facilitates easy, quick, deep and effortless meditation. In Meditation inner integration of Nadis and Chakras are established which makes a natural path for Kundalini to rise upward. While rising, the Kundalini nourishes the Chakras (energy centers) and provides proper energy to the centers. And here starts a journey of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual ascent.
