Sahaja Yoga Meditation is about tapping into one’s spiritual energy, firstly by recognizing that it exists through Enlightenment (Self-realization), and thereafter by using it to improve one's life. It is important to remember that Sahaja Yoga is not a philosophy of blind faith, it is a truth which is physically verifiable by all those who practice it, via the cool breeze or vibrations that one feels on the hands or head.

Whenever it fits your schedule, you should meditate every day for at least 10 minutes. Some people find that beginning the day in a state of peace and silence makes the whole day go better. Some people find the best time is in the evening, where the soothing effects help take them into deep and nourishing sleep. And many people meditate both morning and evening and include some cleansing techniques with the evening meditation.

सुनिश्चित नहीं हैं कि क्या उम्मीद है? यहाँ व्यावहारिक सत्र, निर्देशित ध्यान, श्री माताजी (सहज योग के संस्थापक), अतिथि वक्ताओं, दोपहर का भोजन और संगीत का प्रबन्ध है. यह एक बहुत ही सहज और आराम का माहौल है. इसका आधार ध्यान है, न कि व्यायाम. कुछ लोगों सीटों पर बैठना पसंद करते हैं, और कुछ फर्श पर.
